Hemera is a journal of scientific popularization that allows, through its diverse sections, the participation of a wide group of people involved with the library of information sciences, for such reason they participate with its contributions: investigators, professors, posgraduated students (master and doctorate), licentiate students and professionals that work in units of information of any type.
